Late varieties

CARTAGENA – SCHAAP kennel – a Dutch company. Late, consumable, general-use type B. Oval tubers with red skin and yellow flesh, shallow eyes. Violet flowers. Large commercial yield, tubers even. Used for
packaging. Susceptible to late blight.

BERGERAC – TPC breeding – medium late edible variety with a starch content of 15.2%, culinary type C. Oval tubers, purple skin, purple flesh, shallow eyes. A variety with high yielding potential. Due to, among other things, the color of the flesh, it is used in packaging. Resistances: leaf roll – 7, virus A – 7, virus X – 7, virus Y – 6, potato blight – 5, common scab – 7.
